Procedures and Policies

Placing an Order

  • We accept orders Tuesdays – Fridays (9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
  • Place your order via the Contact Tab or info@highlandraw.com.
  • We will confirm your order has been received within 24 business hours.
    • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please follow up via info@highlandraw.com or call (248) 887-9555
    • Highland Raw will repeat your order back to you; if there are any errors, the customer has 24 hours to report discrepancies.
    • Highland Raw is not responsible for undelivered emails.
  • Orders are guaranteed ready in 7-10 business days from the date the order is received.
    • PLEASE NOTE: Business days are Tuesday – Friday

Picks Ups by Scheduled Appointment ONLY

We do not have weekly set business hours.

  • Pick Ups are scheduled 1/2 hour windows.
  • To comply with township regulations for small businesses, we are required to monitor how many vehicles are here at a given time.
  • You must receive a confirmation that the day/time you have selected is set.
  • Unscheduled and unconfirmed pick ups will not be provided service.

Scheduling Your Pick Up

  • You will receive an email when your entire order is ready to schedule your pick up.
  • Read email thoroughly for all available pick up days and times.
  • Reply with your selected pick up day and 1/2 hour pick up window that fall within the available options.
  • Wait for a confirmation that the day/time you have selected is set.
  • While every effort is made to ensure accuracy for each order, mistakes do happen. Customers have 48 hours, from pick up, to report any discrepancies with their order.

Payment

  • We accept cash, check and credit card.
  • Payment in full MUST be made prior to your order being loaded into your vehicle.

Missed Emails to Schedule Pick Up

  • We will make 2 attempts to let you know your order is ready and to schedule your pick up.
  • Our 3rd email will be to let you know you have until the end of the business day to schedule your pick up or your order will be restocked and you will need to resubmit your order.

Missed Scheduled Pick Up

  • If a pick up is scheduled and missed, with no communication, your order will be restocked.
  • We will send an email letting you know that you will need to resubmit your order.
